Great towel bar. Looks great in Matte Black and fits our decor.Surface gold color is consistent, mounting hardware was easy to install. True test will be over time. Would recommend.While these are stated to be 20 inch towel bars, the measurement is taken from the outside of the bracket and does not represent the bar itself. We were disappointed as we especially ordered them for this length. The bar sticks out from the wall 3". Sturdy product.This product looks great, nice sleek and modern but the drywall anchors provided did not hold up well. It only took a month and from the everyday use of grabbing and putting back towels the pulled from the wall. I’ve since bought more heavy duty anchors and they seem to work great.I didn't buy this as a towel rack, but put it up in my laundry room to hang my spray bottles on rather than hanging them off the side of the laundry tub. It works perfectly. Looks neat. Makes everything easily available. Bar is sturdy . You canhang 6 spray bottles on it. Seven if you hang one on the end. I tried to buy another one because I liked this one somuch for a few extra bottles, but it was out of stock. :( . I hope they restock it. It probably isn't that hard to install for most people, but I fuss at getting it level and centered.If one likes quality and heft, this is a great choice! It mounts well and looks great! I am so glad I purchased three of them!If you like this style of towel bar, it is a good one. We ordered one, and liked it so much we ordered a second one for our other bathroom.Good quality, and it comes with all the installation hardware you will need.Also, the installation guide included is the most clear installation guides I have ever seen with this type of product.This towel rack is beautiful and well made. It is just short of the size of the previous one I have even though it said same length. We just went with it and will patch and paint the other side that it did not cover.
